¨For me yoga is a way of life. It's my way of choosing every day how to feel good and how to find happiness within myself. Through yoga I feel peace and fulfillment.
It all started a decade ago. It was a very difficult time for me; I was experiencing a lot of stress at work and in different situations in my life, but my curiosity to know, led me to ask myself:
What is this? Why do so many people do yoga? What will be the benefit? Why do yogis always seem to be happy?
I tried to look for answers around me but, no one I knew understood what yoga was or what it was for.
As I have always done throughout my life, I followed my instincts and went to my first yoga class.
I was so nervous during the whole class ... At the end of it I remember my teacher asking me, ¨What's wrong? ¨ And I said: "I don't know, I feel good, I don't know what's going on here. I came with lots of stress to the class, and I feel so much relief now.¨ - My teacher told me: ¨Welcome to yoga. See you next class¨.
And that was the beginning of a wonderful journey and lifestyle that grows day by day, and that has taken me to different parts of the world to practice , to study, and has given me the opportunity to learn different styles of yoga and meditation.
Today, I am a certified teacher, accredited by USA Yoga Alliance, Indian Yoga Alliance and International Yoga Alliance.
I got the honor of study with Guru Swami Dhyan Sumeru, one of the most respected teachers in Rishikesh, India, the world capital of yoga.
Yoga is much more than stretching our body, it is looking inwards and meeting ourselves, exploring the depth of our being.
Through yoga we can find everything we thought was impossible, and reach unexplored places. It is a path that must be followed with short but steady steps, cultivating patience and respect for oneself and for others...
I continue to learn every day, and I have the desire to share all my knowledge of yoga and life with all of you.

I offer personal lessons and, group lessons in London area (worldwide on request) so, wherever you are, I will come to you. I give my classes at my students place, parks, gyms, schools, etc.
I work with people of different nationalities .
WHAT TO EXPECT in the class:
Private Yoga Session enable me to focus exclusively on you and your needs –
what you hope to get out of yoga practice, your general fitness level, your degree of flexibility, and any previous injuries or health conditions that you want to heal.
I can alter a pose on the fly so that you get the maximum benefit without injury.
I can adjust a workout to your needs that day, which may change from one session to the next. One-on-one yoga sessions are truly the best way to experience yoga, especially for beginners, as well for those advanced students who want to work techniques.
Types of Yoga: Hatha yoga, *Agrid yoga, kundalini yoga , meditation and pranayama.
